I know, reading the fine print isn't fun. It is important though so you know how we can help you in the event something does go wrong with your shipment, or you need to return something. We also take many steps to keep you safe as you shop online.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS within 3-5 business days of your purchase. All packages must be shipped within the state of South Carolina and are marked with an adult signature required (21 years or older). We are not responsible for any damaged caused by UPS. Any damage must be reported to UPS at time of delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns may be made by bringing the wine back in person within 30 days of the purchase day at our winery. Returns may also be made by reshipping the wine back within 30 days, but are subject to a fee equal to the actual shipping and packaging charges as well as a 10% restocking fee. We will be happy refund you with a store credit towards any other future purchase. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required so we can process your credit effectively.
