Our Winemaker’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship wine in our new Winemaker’s Reserve line of wines. All Winemaker’s Reserve wines feature super-premium grapes, 13 months aging period in a mix of French and American oak barrels, archival quality corks, and extended maceration times for maximum flavor and age-ability. Our Winemaker’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine with hints of black pepper, ripe pomegranates, dried cherries, and vanilla. The finish is dry and rich, with plenty of smooth tannins to pair with lamb, venison, or beef. Bottled unfined/unfiltered. Only 62 cases produced. Drink now through 2028. – Each bottle features a special metallic gold skyline.
