Our Winemaker’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship wine. Produced and bottled with super-premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from the prestigious Red Mountain area of Washington State, this wine spent 30 months aging in 100% New American Oak barrels in our underground cellar. Incredibly rich and complex, this full-bodied wine has hints of black pepper, ripe pomegranates, dried cherries, and toasted vanilla bean. The finish is long and expansive, with plenty of smooth tannins that make this a wonderful pairing with lamb, venison, or beef dishes. Each bottle is vacuum corked with 100% solid natural corks for extended age-ability. Each bottle features a special metallic gold skyline.
