Our culinary team has thoughtfully crafted a menu inspired by the freshest flavors of the season—sourced entirely from local farmers and purveyors who share our passion for quality and sustainability.

  • Salad Course: Local Bib Lettuce, Radishes, English Peas, Carolina Fish Cake with a Lemon & White Balsamic Vinaigrette and Fried Crispy Carrot Strips
  • Main Course: Coffee Crusted Beef Tenderloin with a Caramelized Onion Cream Sauce, Herb & Parmesan Stone Ground Grits & Sauteed Asparagus
  • Dessert Course: Strawberry Panna Cotta
