FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Only one pig is provided for your special party, just be advised he may have alternative motives to entertaining your guests (such as… obsessing over the grapes in the vineyard, digging in the yard, eating food, eating more food, oinking, twerking, and chewing on pretty much anything he can reach.)Q: There is a 50% chance that my one-legged friend will attend. Can you accommodate them?
A: We are happy to announce that we can accommodate any guests, whether they have 1, 2, 3, or even 4 legs (if they have more than 4 legs, we will need you to fill out some paperwork). Our tasting room, outdoor spaces, and bathroom are all handicap accessible.Q: I AM VERY POPULAR. HOW MANY OF MY FRIENDS CAN YOU SEAT IN YOUR TASTING ROOM AND OUTDOOR PATIO SPACE?
A: Congrats on your popularity! Our tasting room can seat around 30 people comfortably, and our outdoor space can accommodate 50 people seated. If you are more popular than that, we would invite your guests to stand up and enjoy all the space between the tables and chairs, or we can rent more so everyone has a place to rest their wine glass! We also have tent rental options for events up to 150 people!Q: IF I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR 8 PEOPLE, I CAN REALLY BRING 17 PEOPLE RIGHT?
A: We appreciate your generosity, however 9 of your guests will have to sit on the laps of other people in the tasting room. If you want to avoid this awkward situation, we do advise that you reserve your event for the accurate amount that will be attending.
A: We love food as well! We would be happy to serve your guests one of our seasonal, local cheese plates during their tasting. If you want something more substantial, we can arrange for gourmet picnic baskets to be delivered from our local Yum Yum Snack Shop. Just let us know 24 hours in advance! Still hungry? We have partnered up with an incredible caterer that can prepare everything from chicken and waffles, to slow braised short ribs with a blackberry reduction sauce.Q: I’m 35 days from my event and there is a 21.5% chance of rain!! Help!!
A: We got you covered, literally. In addition to our tasting room, and gazebo outside, we can rent a big beautiful tent to cover our entire patio space. We will just need to know three days in advance of your event so we can have our goats install it.Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE TO YOUR TASTING?
A: While we appreciate your offer to bring your barefoot, yellow tail, or two buck chuck to our vineyard, we will have to unfortunately deny their entry. Our wines may not have the brand recognition and marketing power these other grocery story wines may have, but we know our locally made wines will captivate your senses so much that you won’t think twice about pushing your heavy, shopping cart down isle 9 ever again.
