We figured it would only be fitting to have not just one, but THREE grand opening parties!! These long awaited dates will be on February 2nd, 3rd and 4th from 6:30-9pm every night! Each celebration will be a uniquely different theme and an experience that you do not want to miss as we celebrate the past four years of hard work that has made this a reality!🍷

Grander Opening | “A Night in Spain Soiree”
Our second Grand Opening event will be a Spanish inspired dinner party that will have you feeling like you have been whisked away to the Mediterranean coast for the evening. A native of Barcelona, Chef Daniel López of Time to Taste catering will be bringing all the flavors of the Mediterranean. He will be preparing an authentic Spanish paella that will be a special cooking show onsite and a wide variety of tapas and charcuterie displays to enjoy. We will also be providing an open wine bar for the full duration of the event with perfect pairings for this Spanish cuisine.
Our entertainment for the evening will be the hottest Latin band in the South, Latin Caravan! This six piece band will have you dancing all night long with Latin Jazz, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, and even some R&B! This grand opening event will be the perfect Spanish Soiree to kick off the unveiling of our brand new winery!
Grandest Opening | “Grand Winter Ball”
Last, but certainly not least, the celebration to top all celebrations of our “Grand Winter Ball” will be a night to remember! This final Grand Opening event will be a formal affair filled with the most decadent cuisine from the talented team at Southern Way. The Chef’s have prepared extra creative dinner stations for this night’s event and after enjoying the savory portion, guests will be treated to delicious dessert pairings with our Liquid Dessert wines!
There will be an open wine bar all night as well as an exclusive behind the scenes tour only available for this event from our owner and winemaker, Josh Jones, to be among the very first to see our brand new production facility and barrel room. The entertainment for the evening will be from the high energy electric violin/cello ensemble, Bella Nova, who is one of the most sought out entertainment groups in the region. This finale event will be the ultimate celebration to kick off the unveiling of our brand new winery!

Grand Opening | “Food Truck & Wine Festival”
The first night of our Grand Opening events will be the ultimate food truck and wine festival! The three popular food trucks featured include the delicious, slow cooked BBQ smoked onsite from Smokn Thangz, a modern mash-up of American-style street food mixed with Thai flavors from The Black Thai and homemade, melt in your mouth desserts from The Pound Cake Man. To dance the night away, we will have live music by the very talented and popular Luke Deuce Band! Only 16 years old, Luke’s talent will blow your mind and has made quite a name for himself in the music industry playing the guitar, fiddle, bass and mandolin with an old country soul.
Your tickets will include access to the event to be among the first to see our brand new winery, three vouchers to each of the food trucks for complimentary food on us, an open bar of a wide variety of our wines, and an evening full of entertainment! This lively and entertaining grand opening event will allow you to truly be among the first to see the new winery!
