We’ll be open with special hours from 12:00–5:00pm\, so you can enjoy great food and wine with family and friends before heading to the fireworks shows! \nWhile we won’t be doing traditional tastings that day\, we will have wine available by the glass\, bottle\, flights and of course our classic summer wine slushies in red\, white and blue! \nWe will also have the summer menu from our food truck\, The Cork and Fork\, available with nods to some of our favorite American celebration food—the classic burger and hot dog! \nCome on out for the afternoon enjoy live music\, great food and wine\, and of course time with those closest to you! \n

DESCRIPTION:Our holiday celebrations continue on into the weekend for Saturday\, July 5th! We’ll be open Special Holiday Hours from 1:00-7:00pm for wine by the glass\, bottle\, flight and slushies! \nOur food truck\, The Cork & Fork will be open from 1-6:00 pm with a fun holiday menu and a limited kitchen menu available as well! Take a look below for all the tasty options! \n      \nWe’ll also have live music from 2:30-5:30pm with Sister Sunset! \n \nReservations are encouraged\, but not required\, if you are interested in doing a tasting and getting the full City Scape experience. It’s a great chance to get to know our wines as the tasting menus change monthly and are hand-selected by our Winemaker and Owner\, Josh Jones. This indoor\, seated experience includes warm bread & Happy Cow butter and a Wine Guide to walk you through all the selections and help you find your favorites!

We’ll be open from 1:00-6:00pm for tastings\, wine by the glass\, bottle\, or flight\, and of course our winery kitchen will be open with all their delicious creations\, including a new July charcuterie board! \nWe’ll have live music with Angela Easterling from 2:30-5:30pm. \n \nIf you are interested in doing a tasting\, reservations are encouraged\, but not required! It’s a great chance to get to know our wines as the tasting menus change monthly and are hand-selected by our Winemaker and Owner\, Josh Jones. This indoor\, seated experience includes warm bread & Happy Cow butter and a Wine Guide to walk you through all the selections and help you find your favorites! Reservations can be made online and are always hosted indoors in our main tasting room!

SUMMARY:Winemaker for a Day
DESCRIPTION:We know you have had plenty of experience drinking wine\, but how about making it!? We are so excited to be hosting our popular “Winemaker for a Day” event! This is a unique 2.5-hour experience where you will learn everything from how to grow grapes\, produce wine at home and even blend your own custom bottle of wine to take home with you! \nHosted by our winemaker and owner\, Josh Jones\, the day will start out with an hour-long tour of our vineyards and production areas\, where we will discuss how you can grow grapes and make your own wine at home. Afterward\, we will have a custom dry red wine blending session inside our underground barrel cellar. This will be an interactive experience where you will learn firsthand how to create tasting notes\, measure samples\, and create a custom blend. At the end you will blend\, bottle\, cork\, and label your very own custom bottle to take home with you! \nThis is a unique experience unlike anything else you have experienced before and is limited to just 18 people! The cost is $125 per person\, and includes the tour\, blending class\, a custom bottle of wine with label\, all needed supplies\, a cheese board to snack on\, and of course… plenty of wine to enjoy! \nThese won’t last long so grab your spot soon!
