Limited wine tasting reservations will be available in the Cottage\, offering you the chance to experience this special space much as our very first guests did! \n \nPrefer to settle in and stay awhile? Our Vineyard Patio bar will be open throughout the evening with wine available by the glass\, bottle\, or flight. DESCRIPTION:This summer we added some special seasonal hours that now include Mondays & Tuesdays from 12:00pm-5:00pm! We’re open for wine bottle sales to go as well as wine by the glass\, bottle\, or flight and a few small bites from our winery kitchen! \nNo Reservations Needed \nOur wine flights are a beautiful way to get to know our wines and even try some new things! They are fully customizable to your tastes and can include any of our wines – whites\, rosés\, reds\, or even dessert wines. AND all four mini stemless wine glasses are yours to take home as a souvenir! You can come by at any time and order from our main bar and sit anywhere inside or outside. You can also make a reservation for a guaranteed table inside HERE. \n \nLimited food options will be available to order from the bar with Breads & Spreads and our Pinot’s Pick Charcuterie.* Our seasonal charcuterie features items from local suppliers and the perfect bites to enjoy with your wine! This charcuterie currently features burnt end beef brisket sausage\, maple turkey bacon\, smoked jalapeño gouda\, marinated feta chunks\, sharp cheddar\, deviled egg with locally-made pimento cheese and pickled okra\, marinated artichokes\, FROG jam\, with roasted almonds\, assorted pretzels and crackers. SUMMARY:Winemaker for a Day
DESCRIPTION:We know you have had plenty of experience drinking wine\, but how about making it!? We are so excited to be hosting our popular “Winemaker for a Day” event! This is a unique 2.5-hour experience where you will learn everything from how to grow grapes\, produce wine at home and even blend your own custom bottle of wine to take home with you! \nHosted by our winemaker and owner\, Josh Jones\, the day will start out with an hour-long tour of our vineyards and production areas\, where we will discuss how you can grow grapes and make your own wine at home. Afterward\, we will have a custom dry red wine blending session inside our underground barrel cellar. This will be an interactive experience where you will learn firsthand how to create tasting notes\, measure samples\, and create a custom blend. At the end you will blend\, bottle\, cork\, and label your very own custom bottle to take home with you! \nThis is a unique experience unlike anything else and is limited to just 18 people! The cost is $125 per person\, and includes the tour\, blending class\, a custom bottle of wine with label\, all needed supplies\, a cheese board to snack on\, and of course… plenty of wine to enjoy! \nThese won’t last long so grab your spot soon!
