Rides will be around ten minutes with three minutes at maximum height in the air. This is a unique 2.5-hour experience where you will learn everything from how to grow grapes\, produce wine at home and even blend your own custom bottle of wine to take home with you! \nHosted by our winemaker and owner\, Josh Jones\, the day will start out with an hour-long tour of our vineyards and production areas\, where we will discuss how you can grow grapes and make your own wine at home. Afterward\, we will have a custom dry red wine blending session inside our underground barrel cellar. This will be an interactive experience where you will learn firsthand how to create tasting notes\, measure samples\, and create a custom blend. At the end you will blend\, bottle\, cork\, and label your very own custom bottle to take home with you! \nThis is a unique experience unlike anything else you have experienced before and is limited to just 18 people! It’s a day of reflection\, gratitude\, and remembrance—and also a time to gather with loved ones in appreciation of the freedoms we hold dear. \nWhile our Tasting Room is CLOSED on Mondays\, we will be open for bottle sales to-go only from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. With live music\, your favorite wines\, great food options and the best backdrop for an afternoon outing – City Scape has everything you all need! Come in for our Memorial Day special with $5 glasses of wine and $8 glasses of reserve and dessert wines! \nWe’ll have JD Ross with live music from 2:30-5:30pm with covers and originals of your favorite tunes! \nBe sure to try some of our amazing food options from our winery kitchen menu or from our food truck\, The Cork & Fork\, open from 1-5:00pm. The kitchen will be serving up all of your winery favorites – like our Blueberry Hot Honey Whipped Feta and Pinot’s Pick Charcuterie – and the food truck is serving up some food truck favorites highlighting some classic Americana dishes we all love! \nWe’re open from 1:00-6:00pm for tastings\, wine by the glass\, bottle or flight\, and of course our winery kitchen will be open with all of their delicious creations! DESCRIPTION:Saturday’s are for “wine”-ding down\, especially for a holiday weekend and the start to summer! Whether you’ve got family in town or are looking for a place to hang out with friends\, we have the perfect atmosphere and set up for everyone to spend their Saturday afternoon! \nWe’ve got live music from Thomas James from 2:30-5:30pm with his soulful covers this singer-songwriter brings his blues & outlaw style to everything he does. \n \nAnd our food truck\, The Cork & Fork\, will be open from 1-6:00pm with a very special Memorial Day menu featuring some favorite Americana options we all know and love! \n \nIf you are interested in doing a tasting and getting the full City Scape experience\, we do highly encourage reservations on Saturdays as we cannot always guarantee a tasting at a specific time without a reservation. It is a great chance to get to know our wines as the tasting menus change monthly and are hand-selected by our Winemaker and Owner\, Josh Jones. This indoor\, seated experience includes warm bread & Happy Cow butter and a Wine Guide to walk you through all the selections and help you find your favorites!
